This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the old town next to the nearest port from the harbour. The rooms, although small, have been renovated but still retain some nice homely features. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

First and foremost, the bed. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The room was small but quaint, the wooden beams and large window gave a feeling of space. The ensuite wet room had a glorious heated floor and was clean on arrival. The Mini-Bar provides some of the cheapest drinks in Old Town Tallinn, and the decor of the hotel overall was gothic but homely. The staff were as helpful as language barriers would allow and the location was easy to find and just a stones throw away from the main square! N.B Just a tip, if in Tallinn, go to the food place in the town hall! It has a delicious Elk Soup for €1
Possibly the room wasn't as big as advertised and we had the unfortunate luck of having building works outside our room. But I'm sure the hotel would have moved us to a different room had we asked.

A great location, very good breakfast and very polite stuff
There was no space for clothes. Apart of that everything was great.

I recently stayed at a unique hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town hall square and the sea harbor museum. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Alex. Our basement room had a charming and cozy atmosphere, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast provided was quite good and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The hotel also offered convenient luggage storage and reliable wifi. a great value for money and a delightful experience.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Great location in the old town. Recently renovated. Friendly receptionist.
Dining room too small, many had to wait for a table for breakfast. Prices very high for Tallinn. Fixtures and furniture seemed cheap.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from the town square. It's in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to the nearest port. The rooms have character and are equipped with 2 single beds, offering fair space and great views. The breakfast, though with limited options, provides standard choices to start your day.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The location was perfect, the price very good, the staff very friendly, the room comfortable and warm. We stayed in temperatures of minus 4 so the latter was important.
The breakfast area wass cramped.

Location was great, close to Old Town, trams and airport bus stop. Liked the character of the hotel building and Pikk Street.
Part of a steel light fitting fell down and caught my husbands head as we were walking through reception. It was so fortunate that it was only bleeding slightly as there was no first aider on site. He didn't get an apology from any members of staff or management and there was no accident book. Would have liked a double bed instead of two single beds pushed together.

The hotel's location in the heart of the old town was perfect. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions. The building itself was beautiful, with lots of character and charm. We particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds.
Our room was in the basement and it was uncomfortably hot. Despite the best efforts of the staff, there was no air conditioning, which made sleeping difficult.

Location was very good with everything an easy walk. Nice and clean rooms, mine had a view. The breakfast was very good and they will prepare a box for early departures. It's nice to sleep in a place that is part of the history of Tallinn.
Interior noise from other guests. The single beds are narrow but comfortable.
